Hello! My name is Kostyantyn Baran. I am originally from Ukraine. I am a physicist by education, but I work as an IT engineer, and devote a lot of my free time to photography if I'm not busy with my kids :) I had a few successful art exhibitions in Ukraine before the war. For me personally, it has grown from a hobby format to a life format. That is, even in everyday concerns, I often look at ordinary things from the photographer's point of view, noticing small details and thinking about the construction of the frame at one moment or another. This childhood hobby has become a serious hobby in adulthood, through which I get to know the world, people and myself. You can say that this is my second profession. While engaged in photography, I made my way from Svema-8M and Zenit cameras to modern digital equipment. The vast practice of working with film provided a good basis for the technical implementation of creative ideas. I photograph in various genres, landscape and portraits, but my true passion is nude art photography which is often like a therapy for women. The results of the shooting impress those whom I shoot, because they are used to seeing themselves in one way, but they come out in a different way in the photo. Many people think that a good photo must be accompanied by serious preparation: hair, make-up, appropriate style. In fact, the outer side of a person is not important for a photo - the inner world is important first of all, and everything else only emphasizes or softens the edges of her soul. I often like to show familiar things from an unusual perspective or from a different point of view, which adds its own zest and makes the photo unique. So, have a nice viewing.
