Every piece of my art is created specifically for each client per order. This may take a few days longer but it ensures that every piece meets my quality specifications.
I have been a professional photographer for over 4 decades. During my early years at the San Francisco Art Institute, I had the opportunity to meet and study with world-class photographers including Jack Fulton, Imogene Cunningham, Jerry Burchard, Pirkle Jones, and visiting artists Robert Mapplethorpe, Robert Frank, and Eugene Smith.
Since then my work has been published worldwide including Time/Life, Rolling Stone, NY Times, Boston Globe, San Francisco Chronicle, Le Monde, Der Spiegel, Forbes, and many others.
I also served as a professional printer for several well-known photography clients including Richard Avedon, Annie Leibovitz, and Francesco Scavullo.
As an emerging artist, I also experienced the opportunity to meet and study the works of such talented painters as Carlos Villa, Shel Silverstein, Yanko Varda, David Best, Robert DeNiro Sr., and Guillermo Barretto. Their influence and inspiration are evident in the abstract/impressionistic work I present here.
