Through the Ages Photograph

There are some idyllic spots in the Netherlands, which I think they have not changed since a 100 years. The rippling water, grazing cows, an old barn, big clouds ... Like this place on my Art-panel. I would spend a hours overthere ... with a picnic basket, blanket and book.... Just enjoy, listen to the birds and stare at the clouds. 'Through the Ages' consists a combination of various digital photographic images, inspired by old masters. An artwork with always something new to discover! Every now and then I created a special twist. I have "played" with colors, elements, light and contrast and saw a Dutch scene come alive during this process. This image is printed on fineart paper and fixed on a wooden panel. The edges are finished with black linen tape.
