About The Artwork

In 1991, after the collapse of the USSR, Ukraine remained one of the most powerful powers in terms of nuclear weapons, which did not suit all world countries, especially the United States, Britain and Russia. In 1994, the United States, Britain, Russia and Ukraine signed an agreement on the nuclear armament of Ukraine in exchange for security guarantees provided by the above countries. As a result, Ukraine faced an international deception, the price of which in 2022 was 10,000 civilian deaths. Russia, contrary to the agreement, attacked Ukraine, Britain and the United States are justified by the fact that guarantees are not spelled out in the agreement, but only about respect for the sovereignty of Ukraine. That is, the Budapest Memorandum is a dummy and it can be called the "Toilet Memorandum"
