ABOUT THE ARTWORK
The series "Trigger" was first published in 2021 as YoYo Ma, the world famous cello player choose one of the five artworks for his new album he recorded together with the L.A. Philharmonic Orchestra. The pictures were created in 2019 in my Stuttgart studio. I wanted to show something that was dynamic and lightweight at the same time. Therefore i shot color pigments on a levitating paper ball. The studio flash froze the movement. This way very unique one of a kind pictures resulted. I am very honored seeing my artwork on the cover of such an artist.
