Born in Newfoundland, Canada.
Brought up in Cambridge, where there was an Arts Cinema absorbing many European and US films. Particularly inspired by Luis Bunuel, Scorcese's Mean Streets and Blue Velvet by David Lynch.These were my influences when arrived in London and Mark Rothko
Photography just happened while living in Soho mid 90's it was so cinematic.It was film back then and a borrowed k1000.
Late journeys in the night, improvised not setting out to do anything particular, a visual diary. It was not interested in how it looked but how it felt.It was fluid. My attitude to photography was deeply inspired by Jazz which does not stay still.
