Migdalia Salazar, currently living in Miami, was born in Caracas, Venezuela. She attended the Universidad Metropolitana and Instituto Universitario Antonio José de Sucre, both in Caracas, to study Civil Engineering and Architecture-Technical Level. She studied painting in her hometown and Fashion Design in Milan and London. For the last 11 years, she has been studying photography in different cities around the world: London (2009), Montreal (2010 – 2012), Miami (2006 to present). She has also collaborated with non-profit organizations in order to help her home country. She had her first solo exhibition, Living in Flamenco, 2017 at the Centro Cultural Español in Miami, and her latest work currently exhibited at Museum of Geometry and MADI art in Dallas, Texas.
