Born in Washington, Kurtis Dallon is a fine art and editorial photographer based in San Diego, California. His favorite thing to do is take part in meaningful story telling. He is interested in discussing the relationships between otherness and community, pain and empathy. He's inspired by the greats; David LaChapelle, Robert Mapplethorpe, Richard Avedon, and Rodney Smith. As well as contemporary thinkers such as Yuval Noah Harari, Brene Brown, and Sam Harris. The humans form in relation to its environments, color, and visually referencing classical religious art are themes he likes to combine in his work.
