This photograph is being offered in an edition of ONE (1) print, as a true unique and exclusive art object. There will be no other prints of this photograph available for sale, in any other size. The photograph is an abstract rare (for me) landscape, yet still taken in Brooklyn, as part of a long-term photography(book) project dating back to 2006. It depicts a mountainous shape formed by salt, belonging to the department of sanitation, and used for snow removal management. The street light brings the composition back to it's urban/industrial (landscape) context and reality. The visceral and formal aspects were important when I took the photograph, in terms of shapes, form, color, and space.
