About The Artwork
Original photograph made by me in 2013 at the port of Luba, Equatorial Guinea where the moth landed on a wheelhouse window of the 'Pacific Banner'. The image was edited in photoshop and converted into a 2-color profile. The screen prints have been hand pulled in various color/paper combinations, of each combination there are a maximum of 2 copies.

Born in 1978 in Holland, photographing since the age of 16, did an analogue b&w course in 1999. Switched to digital photography in 2007 and discovered NIKsoftware silvereffex pro to get the analogue feel to my digital black and white photo's. To me the print is the completion of the work, the type of paper and printer used will have a significant influence on the final appeal of the photograph.
