award winning contemporary digital artist. My art is a charged and dramatic exploration of the human psyche and a dialogue with the world. I am concerned with the extraction of inner emotional experience – personal stories, powerful emotions and changing moods – and its reflection through the lens of digital art. My body of work explores the constant tension between a deep connection to the environment and an ironic or cynical detachment. My visual language is based on intuitive creation, responding to moods and building a complete narrative. Through a combination of photorealism, photo-art and digital collage techniques, I create rich and detailed visual images, in which everyday elements and images of nature are charged with renewed emotional meaning. The works on display are an attempt to reveal the "hidden story" embedded in familiar objects and landscapes. In nature, in atmosphere, by creating a drama between the precise image and the abstract concept, I invite the viewer to reexamine the boundaries of reality, emotion, and the soul.
