Christopher Stone (b.1955 London) is a highly acclaimed British artist. After leaving school, he undertook a city and guilds apprenticeship in cabinet making. Later, turning to art he began studies at Central Saint Martins, Hornsey College of art, and later under the great Welsh sculptor Barry Flanagan. Over the years he has achieved an international following for his famous Podenco hounds. He has exhibited Internationally for over three decades. Christopher's work is included in many private, corporate, and museum collections worldwide. His work is his way of attacking philosophical questions that arise in life repeatedly, and although he takes his work very seriously he often manages to find somewhere to slip in a little humour.
