About The Artwork
This is a halftone screen print, from my collection of images where I have shown the various moments associated with board games, and connected them to the larger social setup. Here, I've shown how every piece on the board is being controlled by someone else. A big part of this collection was to let the viewers derive their own interpretations of the visuals. I used a common, light theme to reach out to more people in an easier way than using grotesque imagery that would be too literal to what I wanted to say. Everything in this image has been screen printed. I used halftone screens to get the maximum amount of detail I could. The original print is framed in a white wooden frame, and comes without the watermark on the bottom.
