Printmaking: Monotype on Paper.
Traditionally painted watercolor digitally layered onto paper.
I started developing this technique in 2014 and have found it to be a very exciting and productive way to work. I love the freedom and experimentation it allows. Seeking out the glimpsed image down a winding path. Lots of fun and always exhilarating. I think there needs to be tension in the final image for it to work. The layers need to find each other and create their own dynamic. When that happens it is always exhilarating and immediately recognizable.
Limited edition of 5 large signed prints on heavy paper each one slightly different. The one you see here is the one that is for sale.
If you wish I can arrange for mounting or framing ready to hang at extra cost and extra shipping weight or you can arrange that yourself after recieving the artwork.
