Because of Artist Karl Geckler’s love for geometry, “Abstract Cylinder” was designed through the process of connecting the dots. Starting with just a cylinder, Geckler drew helix inspired lines, found the center of the shape and BOOM! “Abstract Cylinder” was born. Placed on top of a 10.25" x 10.25" x 3" thick mahogany wood base, the sculpture is made of cast bronze and covered with a natural smooth, slightly reflective bronze patina! It was inspired by spirals, symmetry, helices and geometry. Overall height of the sculpture and base is 15"
