Art Description

Sculpture: Found Objects on Wood, Glass, Iron, Stainless Steel, Other.

Adrift and alone a predatory fork circles as time is bent out of shape. An exploration of time and the effect of cutlery on our sensory relationship with time, this 'found objects' sculpture incorporates a disembodied deer's skull, blown crystal monkey eyes, a broken pocket watch and ancient silver fork mounted on 18th century floorboard with protruding rusty iron nails. A gentle coating of the rust and dust of time forgotten.
