ABOUT THE ARTWORK
A well worn pair of Converse limited edition Andy Warhol sneakers are screwed to a vintage wooden board (circa 1900). Below is a printed image of Andy Warhol, and the name of the piece in gold pen. The wooden board was part of an antique chest of drawers which finally outlived its' purpose in 2021. It makes a fitting memorial to Andy.

Born in 1962 Stephen is a child of post war popular culture. His creativity began in '67 when his father set up a photographic darkroom in a cupboard under the stairs. There they made primitive b&w pictures, and Stephen hasn't stopped creating since. His work has been collected by clients around the world, and he likes to think his work gives pleasure, entertains and creates discussion.
