We are surrounded by live bustling all around. Life in the sea and the air and on the land in the cities... but for a moment, let the hunger for the future fade away. Let the noise become silent. Let the worry of "what's going to happen next" worry somewhere else. Look up, the Aurora dances. Atop a sliver of diminishing ice burg, this lonely and hungry polar bear takes a moment to appreciate the dance that the arctic sky freely gives. Protect him. He is worthy. Aurora movement is created from limestone salvaged from a demolished building in Dallas Texas. Many of the stones I work with are salvaged architectural stone and stone that has been discarded. Bringing new life to material that would otherwise end up in a Dallas land fill brings joy into my life and the lives of my collectors. While Aurora Movement has been sold, I would be happy to create a new sculpture just for you and your home or office.

Creating art as a kid = Yep College Degree in Fine Art = Yep Become an artist = hmmm, sort of, hmmm, not yet, hmmm Turn 50 years old = Yep, Let's Do Art!!!! Turn 60 years old - Yep, Why stop now? It took 50 years for me to be in a place secure enough to create art. After a small bout of homelessness in my 20's, I focused on an income in the corporate world. Then the corporate world, unceremoniously, spit me out in 2008. I turned my love of dance into my next career. So much joy came from this, I then turned my attention to art. I have been creating and showing sculpture ever since. Each day I dance and create art is filled with joy! Each day I share what I know with others about dance and art is filled with even more joy. My motto... Wake Up, Be Awesome, Be Kind, Bring Joy, Repeat
