About The Artwork
3D wall object. The geometric form of a bigon attracted my interest long ago. Maybe it is the elegant outline or the connotation to "travel". The form is related to the hull of a boat or ship (already in earlier days people explored the world with this means of transportation) but it is also related to the sperical bigons of a globe. The glossy finish coat is totally dark black but as it reflects light (on the structured surface) it appears grey. Ready to hang. Signed and dated at the back.
