Box Sculpture

Born in Tehran in 1982, lives and works in Bologna, and is represented by Azad Art Gallery in Tehran, XVA Gallery in Dubai and Villa Contemporanea in Monza; her works are in the public collections of Museo Civico Ernesto e Teresa Della Torre in Treviglio, Musei Civici di Monza-Casa degli Umiliati in Monza and Collezione Cartiere del Polesine in Adria, and in the private collections of Pietro Luigi Draghi in Venice, Saeb Eigner in London, Mehrdad Mahoutforoush in Tehran and Omid Tehrani in Tehran; was guest at A,M,O Arte Marche Oltre biennial kermesse in Cagli, Fano, Pergola, Pesaro and Senigallia in 2016, and invited at the new residential format of Premio Arti Visive San Fedele of Centro Culturale San Fedele in Milan in 2015 and 2016; was published on Art of the Middle East, Modern and Contemporary Art of the Arab World and Iran wrote by Saeb Eigner with Isabelle Caussé and Christopher Masters foreword by Zaha Hadid for Merrell Publishers of London and New York in 2010, 2012 and 2015’s revised and expanded edition, also in French as L’Art du Moyen-Orient, L’art moderne et contemporain du monde arabe et de l’Iran for Éditions du Toucan of Paris in 2010, and awarded with Premio d’arte Città di Treviglio at Concorso Giovani Talenti in Treviglio and Premio San Fedele at Premio Arti Visive San Fedele in Milan in 2016, and Premio d’Arte Città di Monza at Biennale Giovani Monza in Monza and 4th edition of Premio O.R.A. of Associazione Culturale Radar in San Donà di Piave in 2015.
