Cape Buffalo poised to charge Sculpture - Limited Edition of 15

I was inspired by the animal itself - it has the nickname in Africa 'Black death', as it is one of the most dangerous animals in Africa. Quick tempered, and surprisingly fast, you don't want to be on foot, in thick bush, with one of these magnificent beasts on the prowl. They are prized for their horns - the width of horn and the size of the boss is what makes them impressive. All my pieces are sculpted in wax, and then cast in bronze using the 4000 year old 'lost wax method'. As a final note, commissions are really welcome, as they carry with it the inspiration and love of another person. I am there to add, inspire and create.
