Sculpture: Tuxedo Limestone The sheer power and graceful movement of the animal kingdom is astounding to me. Each animal with it's unique characteristics is an amazing athlete. Portraying the natural world in a purely natural medium of stone. What could be more perfect? The power of the horse, the scent of spring in the breeze, cool river currents all come together with this contemporary portrayal of a magnificent stallion. Dapple grey coat shimmering in the sunlight, hooves in the snow-melt stream and mane whipping in the floral scented breeze. Clyde unknowingly poses for snapshot of a perfect moment in an unpredictable life.

It took 50 years for me to be in a place secure enough to create art. After a small bout of homelessness in my 20's, I focused on an income in the corporate world. Then the corporate world, unceremoniously, spit me out in 2008. I turned my love of dance into my next career. So much joy came from this, I then turned my attention to art. I have been creating and showing sculpture ever since. Each day I dance and create art is filled with joy! Each day I share what I know with others about dance and art is filled with even more joy.
