Sea sponges are perfect to model brains. I have imagined these 6 chickens and hens like people talking together. The iron web used as support for the sculpture emphases this kind of composition. The board is made with polysterene painted in dark greenish and has holes with other colours inside.

Hi it’s Angela Iandelli and I am an Italian self taught painter. I am 66 years old but if I think about me I am always sure to be 10 years less. By the way I have started painting canvas with acrylics and thin paper. It was 23 years ago when my two daughters got married and in three years I found myself alone with my husband. It was such a therapy for me. I was suffering from ”empty nest syndrome”. Then my subjects and technique changed in the years as you can see from my gallery. I enjoy my job and spend hours painting and I listen to music while doing it.
