About The Artwork
Art Imitating Art. This piece is based on a painting entitled "Cowboy Limbo" by Lisa Folsom. While there are many things I love about Lisa's painting - the idea of old cowboys in wheelchairs getting drunk and doing the Limbo out in the dessert still makes me giggle every time I look at it. This piece is made from copper wire (various gages), copper sheet metal, and spray truck bed liner.
