About The Artwork
Visiting a local lagoon inspired me to create this wood sculpture. I want viewers to feel they are near their local pond viewing wildlife. It is mainly sculpted from big leaf maplewood which I had for awhile and finally decided to use it because It was at the proper moisture content.
