High Couture Sculpture Sculpture

The pieces of High Couture are designed for the catwalk as an art exhibition, created with the purpose of determining the concept of inspiration, defining a trend or making a statement, as well as to improve the perception of the image of the Brand. This sculpture is a reflection of the principles that define haute couture as an artistic discipline, taking as reference one of its most emblematic and controversial designers, Christian Dior (1905-1957) representing his legacy in this mannequin to quarter scale, just as they did in the Second World War, where despite the chaos and shortage of materials in Europe, the Haute Couture remained alive thanks to the designers presenting their doll-modeled proposals, to significantly reduce costs. In that historical moment, there was a group of creators that, although they knew that the world was going through its worst moment, they did not lose the hope of reviving it with beautiful garments.
