ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This piece carved in Moleanus Portuguese limestone, is the first in a collection of work exploring the forms that can be found behind the folding and looping of one continuous line. Mathematicians call this concept a hyperbolic plane, though I stumbled into it by following fluid forms behind a freely looping line. It is like a maze that always leads back to the beginning.. this piece has sold but commissions are always welcomed.
