ABOUT THE ARTWORK
The woman has been given a beautiful body, her curves are more defined and beautiful, her attributes are fuller, without a doubt, Devina's masterpiece. This work was carved from soapstone, better known as steatite (also talcum stone or soapstone). It is a very soft rock with low hardness, as it contains large amounts of talc in its constitution, thus enabling to sculpt and create both human and animal forms, or even create objects for domestic and ornamental use. toothed hammer, carving hammer,polka, were some of the instruments used to sculpt this work
