To creation of this work I was inspired by the statue of Nika of Samothrace, which is a heritage of ancient art. It was carved out of stone in honor of the victory goddess Nika and symbolized an unstoppable movement forward. I was attracted by the combination of femininity, lightness and at the same time a feeling of confidence, monumentalism in her figure. Creating my Nika, I decided to reproduce the eternal image of a woman, inspiring the world to accomplishments and victories. Working on the image, I added dynamics to the figure and tried to recreate the color inherent in ancient mythology.
