Carmen Lop (Guadalajara en 1964) España. Muy interesada y vinculada con el mundo artesano y artístico empecé a colaborar con el escultor Fernando Clavo en su taller de forja aprendiendo el oficio, diseñando y forjando muebles y esculturas, pero era esta última, la que más le atraía e interesaba. Aquí descubrí el Hierro que ofrecía tantas posibilidades y también tantas limitaciones, investigué y sigo investigando técnicas de trabajo para reducir estas limitaciones, tanto en escultura abstracta como en escultura figurativa.
