OISEAU #2 Sculpture

I was intrigued by twisted wrought iron bar, and wondered if I could make a similar effect on a larger scale. I have created many sculptures using twisted forms, in polished stainless, rust, and some powder coated with glass and stainless accents. This sculpture is unique for me in that it is the only one I have patinaed dark; also unique in the addition of the wavy bars. This sculpture is suitable for interior or exterior. The copper is thick (1/8"); the triangular coloumn is hollow; the wavy bars and balls are bronze. It has been clear coated and should withstand the elements well. It will not turn green unless acid is introduced to the surface.
