About The Artwork

Inspired by meticulous and detailed oriental paintings. This pieces was created out of up cycled blue steel using a plasma cutter. A plasma-cutter is a tool found in the welding field that works by sending an electric arc through a gas (compressed air) that is passing through a constricted opening. This process cuts through electrically conductive materials by an accelerate jet of hot plasma. This piece is screwed into hardboard and a custom wood canvas.
