Tiffany seeks to combine beauty, emotion and visual storytelling in her works, exploring her subjectivity and connecting with her understanding of the world. She draws inspiration from the natural world and the complexities of the human condition. In her recent work she seeks to highlight the intricate relationships between human beings and their environment, as well as the deep spiritual connections within ourselves and with the world around us. Her ceramic creations develop intuitively and shine a light on important cultural conversations, connecting the current situation with traditional and spiritual values and beliefs. Through the medium of clay, she constructs her sculptures using the ‘press-molding technique’ in combination with hand building techniques. The use of colored under-glazes and glazes are considered carefully for each piece. Her ceramic work is glaze fired to stoneware temperature. (1200 ‘C)
