Zhuangzi described a fable like this - the emperor of the South Sea is called Su, the emperor of the North Sea is called Hu, and the emperor of the center is called Chaos. Su and Su often meet in the place of Chaos, and Chaos treats them very earnestly. Su and Hu discussed together how to repay Chaos' heavy kindness, saying, "Everyone has eyes, ears, mouth, and nose, which are used to see, hear, eat, and breathe, but Chaos does not have them. He cut seven orifices." They cut one hole every day, and after seven days, Chaos died. Animals have their own country. They have thoughts, emotions, expressions, and unique intelligence systems. In many cases, people are actually the same as animals. This fable deeply moved me. "Chaos" is also a mythical beast recorded in "Shan Hai Jing". I am very interested in this beast. So I tried to create such a creature without seven orifices. Chaos has a child in the same state on his head. They are integrated into a whole, as if searching for their own answer. I call this state of seeking the Tao.

The aesthetic temperament of the East has the greatest influence and inspiration for me in its charm and strength. The eastern classic sculptures that we can see today give me the greatest impression of the shape of "circle", from the lines to the shapes, all present a kind of "circle" wisdom. I am an uncompromising fan of oriental aesthetics, and I practice it in my own artistic creation. When I was a child, my parents and family gave me a very relaxed and positive childhood. Outside of my studies, I liked to study and make "weapons" and "martial arts secrets". The sword represents my spiritual will, which can stifle evil, promote justice, and express my inner free soul. This is probably my very romantic "Martial Arts Dream" at first, a kind of spiritual pursuit that is divorced from reality. I think that my creative content may have already laid the groundwork for the transition from children to teenagers. Teenagers are always pinned on hopes for the future. Everyone has a "rebellious period" in the sociological sense, why are we defined as "rebellious" and "rebellious"? Because we initially formed our own worldview, began to have thoughts, and tried to integrate knowledge and action. What is a knight? They are a group of free people who came into being when the ruling class in ancient times oppressed and could not solve the problem. They are full of justice, love to fight injustice, and be kind and righteous. Later, these shining points were gradually integrated into the bones and blood of many Chinese people and became a kind of inheritance, which penetrated into various fields, and groups of people who contributed great energy to history and society appeared. Huo Qubing, Yan Zhenqing, Wen Tianxiang, Yu Qian, Wang Yangming, etc., either in temples or in the arena, all of their actions and deeds have the characteristics of knights. A great soul who never conforms to the crowd. The knights in my works are young and mature, a little melancholy, and full of deep thoughts. This image is my exploration of some information about the depths of power, born in the process of self-introverted digging, cultivation, and output. temperament and state of thinking. I hope that he can carry a kind of concern that transcends his own likes and dislikes and has a bigger pattern. These works born from my hands are another "I", but they are stronger than me, can do things I can't do, say things I can't say, think, tell, and talk with a chivalrous spirit.
