ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Hand carved contemporary wooden spirit horse... Horses were considered more than a pet or livestock and they were considered a part of the family. A gift from the creator. Wooden horses were often carved and adorned with horse hair from the fallen horse to honor and pay homage. I have made horses for people who have lost their friend if I have photos of the horse any particular markings having some of the hair from the horse is a nice touch but isn't mandatory. Made with real horse hair ..leather ..brass tacks..jingle bells ..pre beaded center band..one of a kind. unique gift, wall art.
