Telemore #1 is a 'Cast bronze 2.75” x 3.5” x 12” high with a natural bronze color patina, smooth surface and fine wax final finish and polished Carrara marble base. Total height of sculpture and base is 14.5" Karl Geckler created this abstract figure from inspiration provided by the ‘Gordian Knot’ and the DNA telomere shape.

About Karl Geckler Karl Geckler is an architect and sculptor based in Chicago, IL Karl graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute in Blacksburg, Virginia and has worked for the architectural firms SOM, GREC Architects and Taller de Arquitectura, as well as maintaining a private architectural practice. He studied stone carving in Pietrasanta, Italy and tool and die/welding in Chicago. His passion is the art of stone carving and he has taught hundreds of students this craft. He is currently focused on sculpture and furniture designs.
