TreasureScape {No.3} by Michele Morata is a One-of-a-Kind Contemporary Artwork using only Organic Art Mediums healthy for our homes, offices, and earth. This heavily textured abstract plein air seascape series is being produced behind the Montage Resort in Laguna Beach, CA, on Treasure Island Beach. Series Poetic Statement: TreasureScape To A New Reality Eco-Friendly Crushed Marble and Stone layers from Italy and organic sand are layered under the Oil and metallic pigments with small recycled glass particles. Heat for sealing is applied before UV matte coat glazing. Sides are 1.5" with lightly textured champagne edges; requiring no frame. Colors: Bronze, brass, silver, stainless steel, gold, yellow-gold, pearl gold, champagne (silver-gold), blue, sky blue, turquoise (blue & green based), aqua, white, beige, tan, taupe, pearl gold, white, off-white, cream. Organic Metallic Pigments: Bronze, Blue, Brass, Sky Blue, Aqua-Teal, Champagne (Silver-Gold), Silver, Stainless Steel, Pearl Gold, Gold (Yellow-based) Trivia: Michele had a dream on her birthday in 2015, that she was at Treasure Island Beach painting, and this is 1 of the series produced from that dream. For the TreasureScape Series, she used her father's binoculars to get close-up views of the ocean, sand, water, rock formations, and incoming tide.
