About The Artwork
An assemblage art sculpture of a female torso, made from bottle caps - each individually sewn together with steel wire. The figure of the torso is emerges from an angular shape. The side of the sculpture has been unraveled/opened, as like a vessel, to blur the lines between "interior" and "exterior," and emphasizes the tension between the visual weight of the body and the thin skin of the sculpture.
