About The Artwork

I want you to see the monochrome, but still, let time and attention tell us what is really been said. want to make you stop to realise there is always more to it than just what the eye meets. in this series I want to give different perspectives on judgement, our need of dropping conclusions, it is patience that will guide and reveal the stories from the heart. the play of light reversed. what if we meet the dark side first, before we hide the pain we carry behind a smile. shadows are not the ones hunting us. they are unavoidable for growth towards life becomes light. kiki nadieh • all of the paintings are made of sustainable materials - ecor, left-over wood and plant-based paint. the conscious picked materials and use of colour are to incite connection with nature, with true and honest emotions. textures as a reflection of the real and raw in life, the places we've been, survived, and intend to make you see the beauty of every bit. her work comes in circular and angular shapes. the multiple bodies align with the freedom of her own and the natural world. the wooden frames are included and all of the artworks have a small hole in the back to use for a suspension system.

inspired by nature its stories - colours, shapes and textures align to the rawness of life. art gives her direction and meaning. the more to question - the more to grow. art is time. time to unravel life's secrets and stories. she uses the abstract language to explore and reveal different perspectives in a way only 'the unknown shape' can force to release judgment. experience. fear. knowledge. she ask you to go beyond what the eye meets. emotion and nature. it's a silent world and words may seem empty, but every painting of kiki is about processing and expressing. she challenges herself through her work. to learn about life. art is a consistent experiment with natural tones, shapes and raw structures to tell emotions from this moment or a memory. mostly to make you aware or reconsider through contradictions. kiki is based in holland. she uses sustainable materials - ecor, left-over wood and plant-based paint from fairf. her work comes in circular and angular shapes. the multiple bodies align with the freedom of her own and the natural world.
