About The Artwork
This is a Wizard, that rides through time, a sculpture representing a man, made with found objects, related to time it has a clock machinery on the back and his eyes are made with an ammonite fossil and a clock face. The body is made of an old can that reads Wizard and his arms are a bicycle handlebar. The legs and feet are two old shoe maker stands. I have made several of this figurative sculptures with wood and found objects aiming to create a new meaning to the several objects used, just as we, people, are made from ideas and experiences we accumulate through life. That is what shapes us to which we are. This is a Wizard, that rides through time.

It is meant to be read in different layers: anthropological, sociological and cosmological. Due to this different layers of meanings it has multiple stems of interpretation, for example, it can at the same time it can be questioning the meaning of the individual, profoundly religious and at the same time critical to religious institutions and social behaviours. Works in a a wide variety of medius, as painting, sculpture, installation, video art, action art and film. Started his career as a film maker, "Pacha, his first feature film was screened in the Berlinale 2012.
