Woman Echo Sculpture

Woman Echo sculpture by Alexander Chichkin, famous Moscow based sculpturist, member of Moscow Artist Union. His works are exhibited in Tretyakov Gallery and are widely recognized throughout the world. The work reflects on inevitability of individual death admiring the eternal shape of a woman body that as a biological structure duplicate itself through time. The dualism of the individual's life finitude and, in contrast, the permanence of shape is expressed through combination of bronze and jet. A woman, an individual in time is just a lap of reverberating echo of self-reproducing scheme that was made to last.
