ABOUT THE ARTWORK
I am very inspired by the early abstract American steel sculptors. I love using steel I-beams that have been curved. The idea of such a stronge material as an I-beam having curved lines is a powerful statement, the yellow color also adds to the contrast. I believe all is male and female together, so all of the contrasting elements to my work speak of this relationship.
