bird sculpture no 8 Sculpture

For this bird I used an old axe which I cut in two pieces to make the body and the tail. The beak is made of an old gas bottle. It was cut out of this gas bottle with a plasma cutter. In the end I welded all together. So it does not really look like made of all these pieces. You just see a lively bird with a very special character. This is what I like about doing scra metal sculptures and welding.
