I'm Rano, originally Indian, born and raised in Belgium. I'm naturally an introvert, so connecting with others doesn't always come easy to me. Painting has become my way of communicating, a way of sharing emotions, stories, and pieces of myself without needing to be verbally expressive.

I started painting as a form of therapy, letting the brush express what words couldn't. As my art journey evolved, I found myself drawn to painting women whose faces reflect emotion, growth, freedom, and femininity.

I paint everything freehand, creating bold childlike brushstrokes - these imperfections are what make each piece feel true to me.
