Galina Vasiljeva

Contemporary artist exploring the space between abstraction and reality through coastal, meditative forms and floral expression.

Born in Lithuania and based in Cyprus, Galina creates contemporary paintings shaped by light, sea, and atmosphere — elements that bring a sense of depth, calm, and visual balance into space.

Her work is conceived as a visual harmony, where emotion is distilled into structure through the interplay of color, rhythm, and texture. Each painting is carefully crafted to resonate with its environment, enhancing modern interiors while inviting quiet contemplation rather than visual distraction.

Working with both palette knife and brush, Galina seeks a refined balance between expression and restraint, allowing the artwork to breathe naturally within architectural and living spaces.

Galina collaborates with galleries and participates in exhibitions, and my works are held in private collections across Europe, the United States, Japan, and beyond. Each piece offers not only an image, but an atmosphere — a moment of stillness, presence, and connection within contemporary life.
