Ioanna Asimenou

A native of the Greek island of Skyros, Ioanna Asimenou has always been immersed in the rich culture of the Aegean archipelagos, which provides an endless inspiration for her work. The colors of the Greek nature, the intricate light patterns of the Mediterranean sun, the minimalistic lines of the island architecture, all harmonize on the canvas to form her characteristic creations.

Ioanna is a graduate of the Athens School of Fine Arts and maintains a workshop in Skyros island where she paints on canvas and pottery.
