Ayu Johari is a self-taught, Singapore-born artist whose practice is rooted in bold color, emotion, and memory. Inspired by people, nature, and her travels, she creates abstract works that explore the dialogue between color and feeling.

She believes colors hold a life of their own—capable of healing, evoking emotions, and stirring forgotten memories. Through her work, she invites viewers to experience these color conversations and discover the spaces that exist between them.
