Babita Sridhar

Babita Sridhar is a Singapore-based abstract realism artist whose work explores resilience, identity, and hope through layered visual narratives. After an 18 year corporate career in IT, she turned to art as a deeply personal form of expression, one that gradually evolved into a powerful emotional language and source of introspection.
Her paintings merge abstract foundations with elements of realism, often featuring animals and symbolic forms that evoke strength, freedom, and transformation. Working with oils, acrylics, markers, spray paints, and textured layers, Babita balances chaos and harmony to reflect the complexity of human emotion and inner experience.
Rooted in lived experience, her practice reflects an ongoing journey of self-discovery and resilience. Through her work, she seeks to create an emotional connection with viewers, inviting them to reflect on their own sense of identity and meaning.
Her works have been exhibited across Singapore, including at Pan Pacific Singapore through Boundless Art Gallery, which she founded, and internationally at World Art Dubai in 2024 and 2025. Her artworks are held in private collections across Singapore, Australia, South Africa, and the Middle East.
