Becky Kozlen got a crush on photography after picking up her first 35mm film camera, then fell in love after developing the film. There's something magical about film photography-- getting lost in finding what you're hoping is a great shot, but not knowing for sure until you get the film processed. Kozlen has added a couple of 120mm vintage twin-lens cameras which have a square format, as well as a digital camera.
Traveling around the globe with her cameras has become a passion and she's always looking for a way to get a uniquely graphic view of whatever she's shooting.
Kozlen grew up mostly in Omaha, Nebraska, received a BFA from the University of Missouri- Columbia, but now calls Chicago home.
She's received recognition for her photos from the International Photography Awards (IPA's).
In 2012 she founded Roam Art Inc when she realized there were very few options for art lovers who wanted very large format art, but didn't want to spend more on the framing than the art itself. offers her large format images in two different frameless ways-- Self Adhesives, which stick directly on your wall and Canvas Pole Pockets, which is a new way of hanging canvas art.
