Elena Palamarchuk

Born on September 19, 1958 in Kiev, Ukraine. Member of Ukrainian National Artists Society.

In 1976 graduated from Kyiv Republican Art School. 1976-1982 graduated from Kyiv State Fine Arts Institute (nowdays the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture.)
